Yay....Family Visit

I'm so excited for the Bullough Fam to visit this weekend and in anticipation of their arrival, I've prepared a list of activity options so that everyone can come prepared. Please take a few moments to peruse the choices and select your own personal favorites. We will have to put them to a vote when we are all together, crammed into our lil' home.

Option 1: Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs

Pros: Best Zoo Ever - Giraffe feeding, train rides, and cool temps

Cons: 1.5 Hour Drive from our House, $15/adult (kids free)

Option 2: Stapleton Park (aka Dr. Seuss Park)

Pros: Free, fountains are on for the summer

Cons: Crowded, Smash has been there

Option 3: Pool down the road

Pros: Cheap ($5/ adults), close

Cons: Just a pool, crowded

Option 4: Lakeside Amusement Park

Pros: 13 Kiddie Rides, Cheap (I have passes from work for $13/couple)

Cons: Boring for adults, Ghetto

Option 5: Children's Museum (great; never been) http://www.mychildsmuseum.org/

Pros: Close, Indoors (in case it's hot)

Cons: Boring for adults, $5.50 babies, $7.50 adults

Option 6: Backyard kiddie pool, sandbox, and slide (and hot tub)

Pros: Easy, Stress-Free (except for Hurley poo poo :)

Cons: Not much of a vacation for the Utahns

That's all I can think of for now.....I will post more when we think of other options.
